👐 What’s volunteer leave?

You get 2 paid days each year to volunteer for a cause that’s close to your heart. It's our way of saying "go out there and make a difference!".

• volunteer leave follows our annual leave year, so January to December (no rollover if unused)
• the 2 days apply to everyone irrespective of alternative working patterns

🗓️ How to use it?

Just give your manager a heads-up with reasonable notice and get their approval before arranging.

• You can volunteer for a day, split it into two half-days or a regular commitment like 2 hours a week - whatever works best and supports the charity.

🌎 What counts as volunteering?

Anything that helps the community! Whether it's a local charity, a global cause, or cleaning beaches - if it’s giving back, it counts.

• consider getting together as a team - developing connections while giving back
• make it count - let’s support with what we do best by using your technical and professional skills

We just ask that you’re mindful of the charity’s nature, avoiding contentious causes. Remember, volunteering is an extension of work and represents our company.
