We know that returning to work is more than just picking up where you left off—a lot has changed, and preparing to come back can bring a range of emotions.
Our goal is to ensure your transition is smooth, setting you up for success as you re-join your team.
Allowing you to ease back in with shorter days or weeks will give you the time and flexibility to settle into a new routine.
So, we’ve introduced a paid phased return, gradually increasing your hours in a way that suits you, without affecting your regular pay. These can be a combination of in-person and remote working.
