📝 What’s included?

If you are in the process of being diagnosed with a neurodiversity condition, we will provide financial assistance to help cover related costs.

We understand that obtaining a diagnosis can be a significant financial burden so this new benefit is aimed at reducing these costs.

💵 How much support will you receive?

We will contribute £500 towards the cost of your neurodiversity diagnosis in each financial year, so from May to April.

• if the total cost is £400 you will have £100 remaining that you can put towards further diagnostic tests in that year
• this is considered a benefit in kind, and is subject to tax and NI which will be reported each year on the P11D form

This benefit is designed to ease the financial pressure and allow you to focus on your well-being.

📨 How to apply

• reach out: contact the People team to express your interest in using this benefit
• payment: submit an expenses claim with a copy of the tax receipt for the full amount
• receive support: you will receive up to a £500 contribution towards your diagnostic expenses dependent on the actual cost
